- From June 15 to July 31 we only accept MINIMUM 7 NIGHTS RESERVATIONS
- In August we only accept MINIMUM 14 NIGHTS RESERVATIONS
- The rate includes parking for one car, water, electricity, gas, animation.
- The bungalows are delivered clean and in perfect order they should be left upon departure, otherwise the amount of Euro 40.00 for final cleaning will be charged.
- Deposit to be paid on arrival Euro 100.00.
- All bungalows have crockery, pans, mattress covers, wool blankets and pillows. They are not equipped with towels, kitchen and bed linen.
- Sanitized Environments.
- Dogs are not allowed in the bungalows.

Easter, 25/04, 01/05 and 02/06 holidays are excluded from this price list
